About the project
We helped Minute Media convert their two separate offices into a single, spacious working space. As a fast growing company, Minute Media needed an urgent solution so we had to deliver results quickly. Daniel, the project planner, met with Minute Media to learn about their vision, timeline and ideal budget. He understood the goal was to deliver a game-changing renovation within 30 calendar days!
Every renovation project starts with the planning phase led by the project planners. In this case, Daniel met with Galia and Minute Media's team on-site to learn about all the key factors and timelines. During the walkthrough, he captured a 360 tour of both floors, totaling 14,000 square foot, to get accurate measurements and fast-track the project.
The challenge was well handled by Kfir Shaked - best known as an architect designer responsible for all WeWork's Israel projects
During the building phase, the renovation team combined two separate floors into a two-floor working space, with a private staircase for easy access. The team also installed additional cooling units, remodeled restrooms, built new full-privacy bathroom cabin partitions with new wall tile and doors. Built multiple conference rooms with extreme soundproofing capability, installed glass doors and glass partitions, skim coated all walls, reconfigured the layout entirely, installed wallpaper, painted walls, and carefully put up the custom, handcrafted wood cabinets. Built and soundproofed phone booths and renovated the lounge area.
