We hired Modern Citi Group to do a gut renovation of our 3 bedroom prewar apartment in manhattan (full electrical rewiring, replacement of all plumbing, demolition of walls, re-plastering/painting all walls, refinishing hardwood floors, remodeled completely 2 bathrooms and kitchen, pocket door installation, closet install etc.). -Timeline was not kept due in part of my building since they had mechanical issues with the elevators and extra work needed to be done to be compliant with the building requirements but towards the end of the project, the team was promising deadlines that they couldn't meet. The completion date kept being pushed back....

We hired Daniel and his team to remodel our kitchen. If you could even call what we had a kitchen. He was willing to work with a limited budget which was nice. We did have to stay on top of the details but Daniel was a pleasure to work with and very responsive and made any changes we needed. We loved the finished project.
