Payment Schedule We offer a clear payment timeline and absolute transparency on all costs

When you request an estimate and meet with our team, there is no payment due.

At contract signing, you will pay a $500 deposit to start your renovation project.

Once you select a design, you will pay for 100% of the material costs. To avoid construction delays, we order all of the materials and keep them at our warehouses before we begin building.

The next payment is due when all the pre-construction paperwork is filed on your behalf.

When the work begins, you will be invoiced incrementally in equal installments as the project progresses. Before you pay your balance, we’ll do a final walkthrough together and complete any touch ups.
