At this stage, you will sign the contract and begin the design process. Choose a ready solution or hand-pick materials with the help of an interior designer.
While we handle the tedious tasks–from securing permits and preparing construction plans to submitting board documents–you can check your project dashboard for daily progress updates. It will be your one-stop-shop for communicating with your dedicated renovation team and asking questions.
Sit back as the remodeling work begins and your renovation team manages everything. We inspect every installation and coordinate the team of architects, trade specialists and licensed subcontractors so you don’t have to. We hired Modern Citi Group to do a gut renovation of our 3 bedroom prewar apartment in manhattan (full electrical rewiring, replacement of all plumbing, demolition of walls, re-plastering/painting all walls, refinishing hardwood floors, remodeled completely 2 bathrooms and kitchen, pocket door installation, closet install etc.).
