Nowadays the amount of construction companies is probably as big as the amount of restaurants. When you are choosing a restaurant for dinner, you never know that you gonna like there. There is the same situation with construction companies. You never know how reliable they are, but general contractor Modern Citi Group is definitely “the best restaurant” in the construction business!We’ve hired licensed contractor Daniil for our home remodeling in Staten Island a few month ago. He is full of integrity, he’s honest, punctual, and is creatively competent. Moreover, residential contractor Modern Citi Group team genuinely appreciates their costumers. They are going out of their way to make sure your project is completed to your satisfaction, and that is why I recommended to work with them as your residential general contractor in NYC!Our home is 27 years old and this was our first major bathroom and kitchen remodel. All staff from renovation contractor Modern Citi Group were very knowledgeable and made the whole process go smoothly. Modern Cit Group design crew took our old looking bathrooms and made them look like a luxury hotel bathrooms complete with all the beautiful amenities: custom tile, jacuzzi, steam shower, new toilets all beautifully and perfectly installed by Modern Citi Group team. We had issue with our wood floor as it was squeaking in certain parts of the living room and kitchen area. We also had a leak under our sink and the floor and the cabinets where all damaged and moldy. We explained to project designers our wishes and issues. They helped us design the kitchen area and made a visual representation of it so we can see which was really great. Modern Citi Group have done with new tile floor in the kitchen and wood floor in living room area, finished wall painting and installed new modern custom kitchen cabinets with marble countertop. Further, they took our girls 10' x 10' x 16'h room and completed update it by all finishing works.You will be in really good hands hiring these guys. Got super lucky and found them on Yelp.

Hired Modern Citi Group for my bathroom remodel. These guys were incredibly knowledgeable and creative when it came to the design. We picked the materials, colors and appliances so quickly, like they just sent it to me item by item and every thing was just exactly what I wanted. This gave me confidence that they actually listened to my idea and vision.There was obviously some minor difficulties, but the project manager was always there to solve it before me even knowing or stressing.Thank you guys, great experience.

We were fortunate to find General Contractor Daniil and his guys from Modern Citi Group for our home remodeling in Staten Island. Daniil was always on site supervising (unlike other general contractors we worked with previous) and would always be available to answer any questions or discuss any ongoing concerns with the construction.Daniil is a wonderful person to work with. He is thoughtful, efficient and organized, but also honest, trust-worthy and committed to quality. Throughout the project Daniil and his crew added small details and finishes that were out of the scope of the project but dramatically improved the final product. He also created a wonderful interior design for us which we extremely love. Moreover, Daniil helped to find and order all new furniture for living and dining room and new cabinets for our kitchen.Our remodel consisted of kitchen remodeling, dinning room and living room complete renovations. In addition to the extension we updated electrical, plumbing to remodeled and created the newly designed interior layout to finish demolition part and paint. Modern Citi Group team finished demolition process very quickly and installed new flooring. They also change countertop to granite and install new sink, faucet and range hood. After all, project turned to assembly furniture and installed all appliances.What was most impressive of how he and his group sucessfully troubleshooted through what proved to be an extremely complex job. They were about to cut time without sacrificing the quality.We are absolutely satisfied with the service and results! I found Modern Citi Group through Yelp as a licensed general contractor in my local area with a good reputation based on their reviews. So, it seems fair to add another 5 star review for them - they deserve it.After double checking on google and Houzz, I noticed that Modern Citi Group is the type of construction company I would like to work with to renovate my bathroom in the really old building from the 70's in Queens. On my first call we schedule a walk-through meeting with a project estimator Matvei. He organized all my wants based on the budget we agreed and presented to me in a very detailed estimate the same week. We continued to communicate and discuss the final changes for a few more days and I ended up signing a home improvement contract with the home remodeling contractor Modern Citi Group for a full bathroom remodel. I especially liked the communication with Matvei, as he always was quick to respond throughout the project. He and MCG design team also helped with material selection and explained the process thoroughly throughout the entire time. Moreover, what I like best is that project manager Artem really keeps me informed as the job progresses and is really hands on with the entire process. From start to finish these guys from bathroom remodeling contractor Modern Citi Group were professional, courteous and knowledgeable.I am more than pleased with the outcome and anyone looking to remodel their bathroom the right way should give this renovation contractor company a call. Well deserved.

Found this company thru Craigslist. Daniel got back to me really quickly and the next day he came to give me the estimate. I had a few contractors give me quotes and he worked with me to give me the best price for my kitchen renovation. He was professional and addressed any concerns I had throughout the project.

I can't speak highly enough of building contractor MCG - they literally saved our bathrooms. We were looking for a local licensed contractor in Brooklyn to remodel our bathroom and master bathroom. We needed to correct some issues from previous construction and update the look of the space. We talked to several different residential contractors, looking for someone who took the time to listen to our needs, had good communication style, strong attention to detail, and a reasonable price. So, we found general contractor MCG on Yelp. After contacting Daniil (the owner) over the weekend, we met our project manager Artem right on Monday to provide an estimate. Later on that day we received a very detailed proposal and approximate list of materials.PM Artem has been absolutely phenomenal. He is extremely organized and proactive. He takes care of problems before they arise. He was on site daily for the duration of the project, and he was easy to reach after hours. Artem was really able to understand our design reference points and he had a lot of great suggestions throughout the process which we were very grateful for.Whole team from the MCG contractor who worked on our bathroom's renovation project was clearly experienced and did quality work at a fast pace.Overall, I had peace of mind as I received regular updates and pictures. We had a plan in place that they stuck to and a price that we had agreed upon. I am very content with the outcome and I would highly recommend home renovation contractor Modern Citi Group for anyone in Brooklyn.

We were looking for a company to renovate and remodel our office last month. Our day to day activities requires us to be constantly on the phone, so finishing renovation in a short period of time was critical, as we couldn't activate with if there is a lot of background noise. We had a general concept of what we wanted so we began speaking to several contractors. Immediately, from our first meeting, we knew Modern Citi Group was the design and renovation firm for us. Me and my partner had an incredibly positive experience to work with Daniil and Modern Citi Group team. They made sure to accommodate our needs. Daniel could not have been more helpful in discussing our vision with us and guiding us through the entire process from our first consultation to the end result. He also designed, created, and installed a custom office furniture based on our needs and fully automated lighting system for us. Everything was done perfectly and timely manner. Daniel and his team were very professional and responded quickly to our needs when remodeling our bathroom. They worked us throughout the process and ran all decisions during work by us before moving forward. They were able to complete the job on time and with quality. We had a few follow-ups that needed attention, and they were able to come back the next day and fix. Would highly recommend if you are looking at doing a renovation.

I hired this company to renovate a bathroom in my New York City apartment. This company did everything that they promised to do. They were professional , courteous and more importantly honest. I have dealt with many contractors, but Come N Done really exceeded my expectations. They were on the job site every day. Always punctual. And always maintained a very transparent and clear communication channel. There were never any surprises. It speaks a lot about them and their character. I would highly recommend using this company.

Daniel from come n done is so helpful and is there for anything you need right away. Literally from gut renovations to needing an architect he has so much knowledge and know how down to ever little detail. Really I'm blown away by how nice and helpful he is. I would definitely suggest working with him for anything you need. It is so rare to meet a contractor as great as him!

I was purchasing my first apartment in Midtown East knowing that kitchen and bathroom will have to be remodeled.Daniil and his team at Modern Citi Group came highly recommended from my wife's brother and I can't say enough of how easy and professional the entire process was. My main concern that I told Daniil about from the beginning was not to go over the budget - and luckily I didn't, in fact, they provided different options that fit in my budget and explained all possible unforeseen surprises.Now, the kitchen looks amazing, we have brand new kitchen cabinets, new stainless steel appliances (range, hood, double sink, added a dishwasher), quartz countertop (was thinking about natural stone / marble first) with matching backsplash and they also picked and installed a very beautiful floor tile which Im in love with. I didn't like is the old radiator by the window, which my building didn't allow to replace, and they fabricated and installed a beautiful custom radiator cover.Bathroom used to have an old bathtub that I disliked. So we converted it into a walk in shower, with the bench and spacious shower niche. It was a gut renovation, so we obviously replaced water lines, shut off valves, toilet, vanity (wall mounted now), and everything else that the bathroom had. Everything is now completely new.I should've posted this review earlier. I recommend Modern Citi Group to everyone looking for kitchen, bathroom remodel or any other interior renovation. Either you're looking on Yelp or elsewhere - this is a go to company.

Daniel shows how a business should be run, he is very professional through the whole process from the beginning, responsive to our calls and emails and great quotation details by breaking down per items for things that we wanted to do for our project. Very polite and accommodating which is very different from other contractors that we've found. I'd definitely recommend come n done to friends and family in the future!
